| In order to maintain a USGA Handicap Index, a player MUST join a licensed golf club. Once an individual joins a golf club, she automatically receives a membership in the Arizona Women's Golf Association, which includes a USGA Handicap Index. Each club sets their own pricing and policies, but they must follow the rules and regulations set forth by the United States Golf Association in regards to handicapping and the Rules of Golf. Memberships are available for both 9-hole and 18-hole clubs. There are over 300 AWGA Member Clubs to choose from in Arizona. For a full listing of all licensed clubs in Arizona, please click here search. Join one of those clubs by signing up through the Club's pro shop or by contacting one of the club officers listed within the club page.
